Did you know that stress is not just something you get from relationships or work? It also comes from toxins outside of your body and viruses . These external stressors (xenostressors) trigger internal responses in your body - physical, mental, and emotional.
Stress was meant to be a finite occurrence that has both a beginning and end, so your body could have a break and properly detoxify all of the harmful effects of stress.
Unfortunately it no longer has an end in our society, because of our air quality, drinking water quality , chemicals in our personal care products, EMFs, emotional stress, and so on. We are constantly living in stress, and many times our body can’t keep up.
This is when we start feeling brain fog, tired during the day, sleeping issues, anxiety, depression, anger, arthritis, just to name a few (I could literally go on and on).
